V8.69.0.5685 (just released?) all crud ops broken -> server errors

our cloud-hosted site is almost completely broken – all create + update + delete ops in either UI or API are failing with server errors. we can read, but that’s it. this problem seems to have started around last Friday 2024-12-06, which I think coincides with the v8.69.0.5685 release.

what’s even more awesome-r (/s) is that the Autodesk - Account site no longer has a “Create a support case” link or button anymore either… which is why I’m resorting to posting this probably site-specific error in this open community forum…

a quick check… .our site seems ok. I can use the UI to create and edit a record and I can see that my event plugins have been writing updates using teh API within the last minute and we’re showing v8.69.0.5685

I don’t doubt something is up for yoru site, but if it helps in diagnosing, it doesn’t see like it is affecting all sites (or at least not yet).

no, as soon as I posted something remotely technical, the bot admitted “it would be best for you to talk to a real person” :wink:

I always move as quickly through the bot prompts as possible to get to the “create a case ticket”. In most cases, if the bot could answer my question I’d have already googled to find the answer.

Can’t wait for the AI assisted results from the case prompt!

I dont mind them bringing the cases into the account site though, thats a good change at least.
Instead of that crappy SalesForce site.
