I have a user who has all ShotGrid email notifications checked off and gets the notifications in the ShotGrid inbox, but no notifications go to the user’s email. All permissions look good. I could not even send a Reset Password. The email is correct and I double checked the spelling. These notifications are being sent to a work GMail account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
@MikeMeltzer The user email might be in email suppression list. Because of we need some personal information. Could you go to manage.autodesk.com to open a case and send us the emails and your site url?
