Email Notifications

Hi all,

I’m an admin user in multiple ShotGrid sites.

On one site, under Account Settings > Email Notifications, I have the option to check “Email me about all notes across my projects.”

On another site, this is not an option. I can still check a box to be emailed about “notes that I’m involved in.” But I want the ability to check the “all notes” option.

Any suggestions on how to set this up?

Could the “inbox app” be disabled on one of the sites?

Hmm, good thought but that doesn’t seem to be it.

On both sites, I’m able to access my inbox and can select “Email me about Versions that I’m involved in.” But the option labeled "Email me about all Versions across my projects. " is only visible on one site.
