Not receiving Shotgrid notifications even if email and notification settings are intact

Hi,

Our site has correct settings for Email and Follow. But due to some reason we are not receiving any sort of email notifications from Shotgrid. Earlier our mail server was blocked in terms of receiving outside emails. May be that’s why it might be under suppression list of Shotgrid email module. Right now our mail server has been configured to receive emails from outside. Any guide will be immensely helpful to resolve this.

Autodesk has a e-mail suppression list. If you give them your domain name, they can supply you with a list of e-mail addresses that are suppressed, and then you can request for them to be cleared.
