I’m a monthly subscriber and am locked out of shotgrid. How can i log back in (in order to complete the final migration step)?

From what you are writing, I take it that you have the Site On Hold / Your account has been suspended
message, correct ?
If that is the case, you need to contact support and provide one of 2 things (ideally both):
To make the site available again, we need proof that you (your company) have purchased a subscription.
Once we have that, we will make the site available again and give you 3 business days to:
Failing that, the site will once again be made unavailable after those 3 business days.

Even if I am an Autodesk employee, I cannot see who you are in real life from your Community posts and profile. I have no way to track down who you are and what is your site URL. That makes it difficult for me to help you.
Since you have already opened a ticket, make sure you provide the info I mentioned to avoid an unnecessary back-and-forth between the support person and yourself.
