I’m experiencing an issue where the ShotGrid web interface loads to a black screen and doesn’t display any content.
I have tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers, and checking my network settings, but nothing has worked.
Other team members seem to be able to access it fine, so I’m not sure what’s causing the problem on my end.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any troubleshooting steps or fixes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Session data persists as long as your authentication session is active. This can persist though restarts as well and if things get into a funky state, you can get stuck in a loop like this.
- Try forcing a logout by entering the url:
https://YOUR_SITE_URL/user/logout
- Then login again and see if things load.
If that doesn’t work, you can try also logging out of your Autodesk ID.
- Go to https://profile.autodesk.com/ and in the upper right, click on the user icon and select the
Sign out
button.
- Then go back to your FPT site and try logging in again.
