Hi everyone,
I have been using ShotGrid for managing my project reviews, and recently I have run into an issue. When I try to preview renders directly in ShotGrid, the screen goes black instead of showing the video or image. The UI remains responsive, and the playback controls work, but the preview window stays black.
I have tried clearing my browser cache, updating drivers, and testing on different machines and browsers, but the problem persists. Could it be an issue with the format of the rendered files or a configuration in ShotGrid?
Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
