Hello,
Ever since the change over from Shotgun to Shotgrid, my Chrome browser is hit or miss on ability to play shot and asset versions, I get an error that says “Sorry, unable to load this Version’s media. Download Source” So, I have to switch to Safari and then they play fine. This is a bit annoying because it slows down my review process. Any suggestions?
