White Screen Issue in Flow Production Tracking (ShotGrid) After Login – Any Fixes?

Hi everyone,

Iam running into a frustrating issue where Flow Production Tracking (formerly ShotGrid) displays a white screen immediately after I log in.

The login page loads fine, but once I enter my credentials, the entire interface goes blank, and I can’t access any tools or menus.

I have tried clearing my browser cache, disabling extensions, and even switching browsers, but the issue persists. Oddly, sometimes it works in incognito mode, but that’s not a reliable solution.

Could this be related to a recent ShotGrid update, a browser compatibility issue, or a network restriction? Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, what worked for you?

Sounds like a network restriction but otherwise drop Autodesk Support a ticket for help.
Doesn’t sound normal.
