Currently we have an issue with creating new users, the newly created user will face a completely blank screen when attempting to login for the first time.
The workaround for now is to change the new user’s
**Profile Data Page Visited** value in the people page to
**true** so it skips that “role survey” page and that will allow the new users to login.

Seeing the same issue. The workaround works, but this is pretty unfortunate that a marketing/survey page is preventing new users from using SG.
