Quarantined Emails

Hi there, I’ve been struggling with Google Workspace very much not liking the automated email notifications. Seemingly all messages from Flow get flagged for quarantine.
I’ve tried white-listing the domain (adding as allowed-senders) but it still trips up on this.

I’m wondering if the quarantine filter is triggering on “sent to myself from an address not me.” But that isn’t consistent as everyone getting the same notification is getting quarantined.

Is there a means to adjust the From address in the email notifications as ‘allowing’ 100+ notifications out of quarantine every few hours is well, aggravating.

Anyone have similar issues with Flow emails to a Google Workspace domain?

On Google Workspace and don’t have this issue.

Have you tried adding noreply@shotgrid.autodesk.com to your Approved Senders?

Approved senders are trusted users that send email to your organization. Create an address list of approved senders so messages from these users bypass Gmail’s spam filters, and recipients can decide whether they are spam or not. Create the list with individual email addresses, or by adding an entire domain. For more information, see Customize spam filter settings in Google Workspace.
