Sorry to post this publicly, but has anyone else not gotten a reply to their SG tickets in the past week?
I have 3 week-old tickets. No reply and no reply to my ticket yesterday asking what’s up. I thought the Super Awesome plan was supposed to have replies within 4 hours?
I find that you have to go through Autodesk support, chat works well, and then they have to speak with the Shotgun team and then promise to email you back, and then never email you back
