No response to any of my tickets for a week?

Sorry to post this publicly, but has anyone else not gotten a reply to their SG tickets in the past week?

I have 3 week-old tickets. No reply and no reply to my ticket yesterday asking what’s up. I thought the Super Awesome plan was supposed to have replies within 4 hours?

Just don’t wait for it. Nobody wants to help you. Pay for it and do everything on your own. Shotgrid has the worst support I’ve ever had to do with.

Right, Super Awesome doesn’t exist anymore but I’d still expect them to honor the terms of the contract we signed until that expires.

Most of our tickets get ignored or end up languishing as well unless we specifically start flagging them to named individuals… :frowning:

I think our normal response time for most tickets is over a week as of late.

Been a few weeks yeah no responses on my end.

I find that you have to go through Autodesk support, chat works well, and then they have to speak with the Shotgun team and then promise to email you back, and then never email you back
