Hello,
I have an error when I try to export from Hiero with Shotgun version option enabled, some sequences have been uploaded twice, one version with all the data (thumbnails and cut duration…xtra) and another one with just the name of the sequence and the names of the shots without any data inside.
Your help is much appreciated!

Hi Osama! Apologies for the delay on this one! It’s a strange situation, and it would be helpful to take a look at your logs. Can you please enable debug logging, reproduce the error you’re seeing, and send a zip of the appropriate log directory for your operating system to support@shotgunsoftware.com, referencing the URL for this post?
