Can not see media page if i use as another user account

Hello all
We’re in process of making animation and give a Shotgun account to animation freelancer. We’d like to use Media to review the animation shot on Shotgun, but if the freelancer clicks the thumbnail image to enter Media, issue massage below popped up and could not enter.

I think that it is the issue of permission but can’t find which one I should allow.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi @Elle_Lee,

Welcome to the community! Sorry for the error message not being very clear. Your highlight indicates that the user is not allowed to see the “Assigned To” field on Tasks. If you expose that field to them via the Permissions Page > Group name > Fields > Tasks > Assigned Too (SEE checked on), does the error go away?
