User "My Tasks" blank

A user at my company has reported a blank black page displayed whenever they navigate to the page:

I’m unable to see the same result when utilizing “Use as other user” admin option.
We’ve tried a handful of things to investigate the situation and it seems to be an issue with that person’s machine / browser.

Has anyone seen this issue before or discovered a solution to such a situation?

It sounds like a possible issue we have seen with permissions, would you be able to write in a ticket to our support email with details of the site and user and we can check it out?
