Where to remove old credentials on mac

Hi there
My company has a freelancer that currently cannot log into RV using our company login because it is still seeing credentials relating to his previous company.

He is using a mac. How do we clear this to allow him to login? We’ve already tried to launch rv using the “–resetPrefs” flag, to no avail

There is a menu item in the ShotGrid menu for Connection Switching.
If not that, maybe check the keychain?
