We got some custom transcoded versions that are attached to shots,
Thumbnail, filmstrip, video file all works fine, but they do not show up under versions if you look at the default “Overview” page.
What criteria does the overview page use to display/sort latest versions?
Do you mean the checkbox “latest”?
Thanks for answering, but I don’t think that’s what I am looking for.
Here’s an image of our Shotgrid site,
first image(left) is six versions attached to sh0130,
four of them to a task, two to the shot itself with no task link.
second image(middle) is sh0130’s “activity tab” where none of the versions show up.
(the comment is me testing if they showed up on a version that has comments)
Finally the third image(right) is the project that contains sh0130’s “Overview” page,
no versions here either, even though it is listed under “media”,
all the versions play just fine on the Shotgrid site.

The script that generated the versions did not have “Generate Events” toggled on.
