Hi, we are seeing this error when opening certain quicktimes: Unallowed codec ‘prores_lgpl’.
Does that mean RV was compiled without prores support?
The 7.6 announcement states that it is compiled in by default.

Yes, with the release of RV7.6 we included Prores decode support along with DNxHR. Are you using 7.6? In your image there is reference to RV 7.2.
Would you be able to check with the most recent Version of RV (7.8) and confirm the same issue?

Oh wait, we already use 7.8, but seems like the person who hit the issue used 7.2 
Will test with a newer one.
