In RV 2023, we were able to enable the support for HEVC and Prores files by following the instructions in <install_root>/src/mio_ffmpeg.

It seems like since RV 2024, there is no such option, There is nothing in <install_root>/src/ and the library in <install_root>/plugins/MovieFormats/ has been renamed to mio_ffmpeg_commercial.so. What is the significance of this change ?
What is the recommended way to enable support for these codecs ?
