In some circumstances, the Versions we upload include a slate that we want to be able to see when viewed on the SG website.
It looks like if we have the “movie has slate frame” checkbox ticked, then the web player clips the slate frame off.
Is there a way to toggle this behaviour on/off? I don’t want to uncheck the “move has slate frame” field to be able to view the slate as that’s a bit of a hack.

We’ve noticed the same.
Is there any info/update to this?
No, there is no button in the Player if thats what you are asking.
Would be a good one for the roadmap:

One could also make an AMI
for this to make it slighly easier UI wise.

Is there a resolution here? My urge is to just purge the button entirely if there’s an automatic feature associated with it that’s unwanted…
for now I guess the plan is conform to the set up which doesn’t seem to want slates on SG? potentially the data is redundant typically if you have fields in the player?
So keep slate frame enabled, which should hide the slate, and keep the screening room frame counter in sync with footage…
