Our studio is experiencing SG create stuck on an infinite load screen. Is there a log or something we can view to see what might be happening under the hood, similar to SG Desktop?

It’s been down for two weeks now. My studio submitted support tickets and reached out to personal contacts at SG too. Pretty unacceptable for a professional product.
