We use SG desktop with the tool kit and some mod. When tried to test SG create, it works as intended - view tasks, play media - except we are not able to open shots. The menu “Open in” is stuck on “Loading…”
The desktop app is working like a charm, shows all the approved apps on the software entities. Any suggestions on how we can replicate the same on Create?
We are having the same exact issue. Is something disabled in the shotgrid desktop environment that we need to change in order for create to communicate and get the apps?
It is really important and we have no way of using it right now
