Setting other Users to Follow Entities

Hi there, as an Admin I am struggling to get everything set up so everybody gets the notifications they need.

For instance can I set other user accounts to follow an entity or does each user have to go through and do it themselves?

Hi Jessica,

Thanks for writing in, we’ll be happy to help out here.

You can control which email notifications they will receive by revealing the relevant fields on the people page.

Unfortunately, though, you cannot select which entities a user is following. Although you can use the assume identity feature to log in as another person and set their following settings for them.

We understand this isn’t ideal since currently there is no way for users to monitor a list of the entities they are following.

It should be noted that it can be done via API quite easily.
