Hello,
I am trying to get Shots to show up in “My Following Settings” so I will be notified when a Shot Status changes. I only see Tasks at the moment. Under Global Follow Settings, Shot has everything checked. Same with Configure Settings under the user level.

Hey Brian,
Welcome to the community. Are you the Shotgun Admin? It may be that the Shotgun Admin has turned off following for that particular entity. As a first step, check in with your SG admin. Report back if there’s something amis - happy to help trouble-shoot further.

Whoops - just read your first post - seems like these are checked. Sorry about that.
What you might have to do, is first follow a shot - those options should then show up in your accounts settings.
