Hi all.
I’m trying to get both Inbox and Email notifications when the status of a shot changes. I have confirmed the following…
- Global Follow Settings > Shot > Field Changes DOES have “Status” listed as a field that will trigger a notification.
- My Email Notifications DOES have “Email me when there’s an update to something I’m following” ticked ON
- I am definitely following the shots.
- The status changes DO appear in the shot’s activity log.
Even with all that, nothing shows up in my Inbox and I don’t get any emails. I appreciate any thoughts anyone might have on the subject.
