Out of curiosity, is there any way to move Saved filters up or down, like you can do with pipeline steps in the Tracking Settings? Or is the only option currently to delete a filter, or filters, and recreate it in the order you want it to be in?

Welcome to the community! And thanks for posting it and starting the thread for discussion.
The Saved Filters are now sorted in the created order and it’s not possible to change the orders unless you delete and re-create it.
You could submit it as a new feature to our product team by following the post here:
