Hello,
Having an issue where an artist is trying to upload a playblast via RV submit tool but it keeps getting stuck on the thumbnail export
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue also it does not appear to be generating any kind of error the only thing that seems a bit questionable from the RV console is
WARNING: audio device 'MME: Microsoft Sound Mapper - Output' is unavailable: Using default.
