Moving Version Submission to another asset

Hopefully a quick fix. We have an artist who submitted a version to the wrong asset. What is the best way to move that Version submission to the correct asset?

I actually believe I’ve done this by amending the “Link” field to the correct asset. However, the submission still shows as an activity on the original (incorrect) asset, and shows no activity on the new (correct) asset. Is this amendable as well?

Hi @teejaaygee,

You are correct, the event of the submission will stay in the activity stream of the original link even after you modify it’s link as it records the submission event itself.

To have it cleared out you would need to delete the original submission and link it correctly when it’s resubmitted.
