I put in a support ticket but thought I would also ask here: is anyone else experience transcoding delays on the site? Started for us at around 2:00pm-ish EST. The https://status.shotgridsoftware.com/ site indicates that all is well, but that’s not what we’re experiencing currently; everything since the aforementioned time is sitting as though the transcoding service is down.
