Problem with upload since this afternoon (european time)

Hi there!

We have an issue since this afternoon in European time that uploaded versions do not transcode the movie and create a thumbnail. Maybe we are doing something wrong on our side but our tools related to this did not change.

When we encode ourselves and bypass the shotgun transcoding, we get the thumbnail strip again and we can play the movie. But still no thumbnail is displayed in the web interface.

Could you give us a hint, please?

As additional information. Using RV or the webinterface (to exclude our in-house tools) do produce the same result.

I just came in here to check on this issue myself, and yep, they’re on it according to their status page:

They usually get right on it and it’s okay in a few hours at most.
