We haven’t been seeing thumbnails on our uploads since 11 am. But no issues reported at https://status.shotgunsoftware.com/ about it yet.

they are working on it now… the status has been updated…
Degraded transcoding performance
Investigating - The Shotgun Transcoding service is currently degraded. Users may experience transcode failures. We are currently investigating this issue.

Hey guys, you’ve likely noticed (or seen the update on https://status.shotgunsoftware.com/) but the transcoder is now back up and rocking, and failed jobs are being re-queued.

Uploading was working again briefly. Now, when I add a video, no thumbnail is generated and on playback it reads “Sorry, unable to load this Version’s media.”
Edit: Naturally, as soon as I post something, it begins working again.
