Some of my users are having issues loading their Inbox on ShotGrid. It hangs on the loading circle forever. I can’t figure out any connections between users that have this issue (maybe about 25% of users). Any thoughts?

You could check the browser dev tools console for clues.

if you don’t manage to find any hints from the web console then I would suggest making a ticket to Sg Support so things can get looked into from the backend.
