Hi, I’ve been writing a few notes for my client, I’m writing them from the playlist page inside SG, but I made sure I toggle the “client’s note” tag. I did it before, and it worked fine.
yesterday, I did exactly the same thing, my notes do have the blue framing and this header: “This Note was created in the Client Review Site”.
But when I try to share and go to the client’s review site, not only most of my notes are not displayed, it seems to act randomly! I logged out, even deleted cookies from my browser, and I never see all my notes, in fact, if I’m lucky I might see one per shot…
This is really annoying…
Anyone encountered this, or can help?
