Client Review error: Unable to load this version's media. How can I fix this

I am able to create a Playlist, upload .mp3 files to it, and play them. When I share the Playlist with a client through Client Review, they get the error message:

“Unable to load this version’s media.”

What does this mean and how do I fix it?

We’ve run some tests on our end and .mp3 file do appear to be working correctly when shared through the client review site.

May I ask a few questions to understand the issue further

  • Does this happen with ALL .mp3 files that you share via the client review site, or only select ones?
  • Do those problematic files all work when using Shotguns overlay player, but its just the client review site that doesn’t work?
