Cannot re-activate disabled user

One of our automated processes accidentally disabled my admin user account and none of the other admins are able to re-activate it.

When the admins switch my status from disabled to active, it automatically switches back to disabled. They tried deleting my HumanUser entity and re-creating it, but it starts in the disabled state and cannot be activated.

I looked through this previous thread about the same problem but none of the solutions in there have worked.

Fixed now.
It seems to be a side-effect of the service issues of today
