Can not find out "Account Migration"

Hi Admin,

I am an admin of my shotgun site .
When Shotgrid notified the migration schedule, I processed it except the final step :" Turn off ShotGrid log in", because I would try to do this at the last date of shotgrid login available(end of Sep.).

To try to finalize the migration, how can I do this now?
I can not find the migration page in Shotgrid now.

Hi @jonghankim

If I correctly located your site, I see that:

  • someone turned off ShotGrid login on 2021-06-16 10:21 UTC.
  • the site was linked to a subscription on 2021-08-04 05:01 UTC
  • not that it matters anymore, but you were a Monthly client, and your deadline for the migration was not October 1st. It was roughly 60 days after your last credit card payment.

So, at this time, your site is fully migrated. No further action is required from you.

The migration tool disappears once a site is fully migrated.
