One of our vendors is having a hard time getting access to our Shotgrid. Do they have to have an auto desk account before gaining access to shot grid?
Could you please provide more details as to the vendor’s issue ? (screenshot, actual error message strings, etc.)
Has that vendor been added as a ShotGrid user (in the People page) ? If so, did they follow the link in the invitation email they should have received ?
If you invited that vendor to review a playlist on the Client Review Site, then they do not need an Autodesk Identity account.
