I’ve submitted the same in the Shotgun roadmap, but got no response, so I’m just coming to the community for help.
Please help me configure on: There are IP restrictions for UI activities, but users have a separate option to bypass IP restrictions.
I was the Pipeline TD of the previous Pixomondo PEK facility, and the Site backend of Pixomondo had been modified with a related configuration: UI activities have IP restrictions, but users have a separate option to bypass IP restrictions.

In Pixomondo’s Site Preferences, the IP allowed list function was turned on, but it was not intercepted before the user login interface, which is different from the normal Shotgun interception function.
And there were two settings under each user settings in Pixomondo
They are:
External Access Allowed
External Media Access Allowed
We can lift the IP restriction by setting External Access Allowed for a specific user, so that the supervisor/producer can log in to Shotgun for dailys remotely on the set.
Could you help me to enable the same functionality in my new Shotgun Site
