Site Locked / Account Suspended

Is there a contact for sales/account management.

We have submitted a support ticket but unsure if that is the fastest contact.

It should be mentioned that we are an EDU account but for some reason it is suspended. Thanks. I have written to and am waiting to hear back. If in the meantime anyone has any other ways to get in touch with someone please contact me at Thank you.


You’ve done all the right things. However, the accounts team email is now so I would recommend resending to that email.
