We are trying Shotgrid create for the first time , so we are suing the web and the app at the same time
so the issue is
when a reviewer add a comment on the web version , we get the image with the frame number on the side in the comments section.
but when the artists are checking in Shotgrid create , the images are not in the comments section and there is no any indecation on the timeline about the coments and that makes it very very hard to find the revewer comments on SG Create ,
in order to find the comments we have to move the time line frame by fram.
Is that who it works , or are we missing something here ?
