ShotGrid Create renewal succeeded but cannot log in

Hi ,

After the user filled credentials to log in page (shotgrid create) , prompt up window (as shown in image below) shows up . But it is redirect to the log in page again . Unable to enter shotgrid create app at all .
Why is this happening ? Is it because the user is using macbook ? . Thanks

This may be due to the URL typed by the user…

Was it just https://my.site or did it include something after the site name ? (e.g. https://my.site/page/1234) ?

Also, did this person log on ShotGrid (with a web browser) at least once with their new user ?

The first interaction of a new user with ShotGrid should ideally be with the browser.

Was your issue solved? I’m getting the same renewal screen when trying to log into Shotgrid Create.

I’m getting the same as well.

My url is https://my.site.com.

I’m not a new user. This started happening recently, within the last few weeks. Anyone have some info?

If you have not done so already, please report this to ShotGrid support. Public forums is not the best place to troubleshoot the these issues, as we need to know which site(s) and which user(s) are impacted.
