SG Desktop categories

In SG Desktop there are these default categories. Is there any way to customize these and/or control which category a custom App appears within?

Yes! Take a look at this chunk of the tk-desktop configuration settings in the Default Config:

For those who are using tk-config-basic these settings can be found in env/includes/desktop/project.yml.
