ScrollBar missing in Design Mode

I have yet to test this but it seems there is a fix for the page blanking issue.

8.39.0.293 (Thursday June 30, 2022 ET) Bug fixes: Fixed an issue where grid view pages were appearing as blank in design mode. Fixed an issue when using a calculated field which is based on a date in a saved filter and having column summary enabled would result in an error [SG-27147]
