RV and viewing large EXR files

Hi there,

I was looking for some suggestions or workarounds to viewing large EXR files over RV with multiple users over a VPN connection. Are there any ways to utilize viewing files if they already exist locally (kind of like cynesinc)? Can users indicate where presented material is by navigating to it if it is local in favor of a network version?

Or are there methods to get around the huge time sink for RV to buffer the content and users with slow internet connections?

If you are willing to write some python to determine if you should look locally, check out the incoming-source-path where you can inject your own path while RV tries to load.
