Hello Autodesk team!

We’re very excited to start using the Creative Review tool during future stakeholder reviews. I am new to this tool, so I fully acknowledge that I could be using it wrongly or misunderstanding the intended use, or that the features I am requesting may in fact already exist and I’m looking in the wrong place.

  • Is it possible to have timecoded notes WITHOUT including an annotation? It would be nice to have a dropdown to timestamp a note, or to leave it as “general” and thus applied to the whole piece of media.
  • Is it possible to have conditions / filter / sorting for the notes stream? When a note is closed or approved it still appears in the note stream within the creative review app. Is there another field that is used to populate the notes list?

Thanks for the feedback. Glad you’re excited to use Creative Review. We’ve taken the two items mentioned and have ingested those into an internal product ticket. Hopefully we’ll be able to take a look at those soon.
