Creative Review - Playlist sorting and Reply/update note status

Hello Autodesk Team,

I would like to request a couple of features for creative review that I think crucial in our daily reviews:

  1. Playlist sorting - Currently it seems that when we launched creative review from a playlist, the versions are sorted based on latest date. Would be great if we can get the option to sort by the version name for our daily reviews.
  2. Note Reply/update note status - would be great if we can update notes status straight from creative review. Especially for when reviewers are reviewing a shot, and mark that their notes are addressed and set the note status to closed.

Thanks for posting these requests. We’ve created an internal product ticket regarding these items. We’ll triage these and prioritize when we look at our next round of feature improvements. Hopefully we can address sooner than later.

I would add that adhering to the Playist Connection sort order field should also be possible if it isn’t yet.

Producers love to sort Versions in a playliust according to their desired order (as can be done in the Media Page with Drag and Drop), the player should be able to adhere to that (and other sort orders) for the versions within.

Hello.

I just went over the question regarding the playlist order for Creative Review app. After some research i went over a workaround that could help people waiting for the feature to supported natively into the Creative Review app.

I mostly find out the answer through this thread: Playlist Order - Flow Production Tracking - Community @ Flow Production Tracking

The Media App can allow us to order the playlist as we want soon as we save it properly with:

Sort → Save Current Sort as Sort Order as explained is this linked ticket.

After that you can open your playlist through Creative Review app and it should be well organised.
