No window appears when I launch Shotgun Create

I encontered the similar issue and I submit a ticket for the issue to the community but I can’t get the reply.

Shotgrid Create does not start in Windows 10 (Not Responding)

Hi, Recently, ShotGrid Create has stopped running in my environment (it says “Not Responding” as shown in the attached image). [2022-06-06_13h20_53] I have contacted Autodesk and they have not yet found the cause, and they said, “There may be a problem with your network connection settings.” But the latest version of Create is the same, and it used to start on the same laptop on the same network and ShotGrid Create launches normally on another Mac on the same network. I’m also using Mac and Windows now.
I can launch Crate on Mac but I can’t launch Create on Windows.

The log file displayed the following error.

Could you please share how to solve the issue? I can’t launch Create for the past several months.
