Shogun create don't retrieve programs

Hi, I have a problem with the Shotgun Create installation.

When I select “Open in…”, a loading message shows and… nothing more :frowning:

Could you please send me your Create log file? It can be found here on a mac:

/Users/${USER}/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/ShotgunCreate/
