"open in SC" not working?

Hi,

when I right click on a version and hit “Open in Shotgun Create” I get a prompt telling me to either install or open SG. SG is open though so I wonder what I am missing?!
This is on Centos 7 and Chrome.

Hey Frank,
Make sure shotgun create is up to date and already opened, then refresh the shotgun web page and try again. That should fix the issue.

ah yes, thanks. had to refresh the Shotgun page to make it work.
