Mov open with rvpush doesn't play directly

with rvpush url "path to mov" we can open mov on existing instance , but when it opens it is not playing. Even using "play()’ appended to rvpush url "path to mov" doesn’t help.

Hey,

How are you serving the URL? Can you bake the URL before pushing? As in rvpush url /some/baked/rv/url?

Also, are you using the latest RV?

yes rvpush url /some/baked/rv/url

rv version is 7.2.6 ! I hope this is the latest ?

Sadly that version is busted! We fixed this issue in RV 7.3.0, so that -play flag is respected. Would you mind trying out 7.3.0 or latest (7.7.0)?
